Fabric

So we had to go buy fabric in order for me to make Roger another cotte (this one to fight in.) In the process we got some fabric for Fanchild's cotte for the period wedding he's going to in May with his mom. And I found this fabric that I decided I must own.

I may make it into a choli because there's only 2 yards. Maybe a forepart? I have no idea. Ooooh. Sleeves. It would make fabulous sleeves. Anyway.

I also have some kick ass fabric for the dress I'll be making for Maria.

Look! Pictures!



First up is the Fanchild Red - The top is the "inside" of the fabric and the bottom is the "outside" - it's a deep red shot through with black. It's fabulous. (We're not sure which side is supposed to be which, but we like the "outside" best.)



Next is my fabulous 2 yard wonder. Here's two pictures, one with flash, and one without, so you can see the gold to it. It shimmers between the two.





And last but certainly just as cool is the yellow and black



This is going to be the most kick ass dress ever.
